A strong, healthy back is essential to your well-being and vitality. This 2 week workshop is designed for those who suffer from back pain. We will discuss common back problems, anatomy of the spine and how specific muscles affect our back and posture. You will learn how to release tension and prevent injury of the neck and back.
Learn the 8 Steps to Wellness including a daily yoga program to manage back pain.
