This night is to simply re-create what blackburn was about 10-14 years ago.
Where did everyone look forward to goin? "Up Cav" as we all said! Or as it was named "Utopia", 1995/6 - 2004.
We all know how good it used to be (especially us 30+ year olds now) going out on a Friday/Saturday night in Blackburn, starting out downing WKDS/Lambrini/Vodka & Coke etc before making our way to The Blob Shop, The White Bull, Marleys, Toffs, Bar Life, FJ's, The Borough plus many more before ending up at "UTOPIA" to boogie the night away after a good pub crawl and end up doing god knows what! Remember the Paradise Room?! Pheenominal times!
(not to mention the Bus Stop/Carwash on Wednesdays or Sundays too)
Most of us that remember them good old days will most likely have little kiddies/mortgages/ other priorities now and of course not be able to get a good night out as often as they would like. Well come along to Blakeys on the 31st March 2012 and recreate the “Good Old Days” to reunite for another time! AND, if you've no commitments, then theres no excuses at all!
UTOPIA REUNION will be launching for anyone who misses those nights out and anyone who loves that era of music. The night will be blasting out the classic hits we all used to love and dance away to.
10pm - 3am then to head to Darwen Street for a good old kebab before getting a taxi home!
