Here is a summary of the costs:
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:
1.If we get 10 or more ladies to go and we register by May 1st the cost is $99 for women or $64 for full-time high school or college students ages 24 years or under.
2. 20 or more ladies to go and we register by May 1st the cost is $99 plus one free ticket.

fill out the form and wait to hear from them. If you get accepted to volunteer you will get 50% off of the conference cost. Which means you could go for $80.

Please note that if you want to go the volunteer route you will be responsible for registering yourself. The discount for the group rate only counts for those who are paying regular price. So we need 10 women willing to pay the regular price in order to qualify for the $99 rate.

HOTEL COSTS:
I can get a suite at The Embassy Suites for $129/night plus tax (17%). These comfortably sleep 5 women so the cost for hotel would be $60.37.

FOOD COSTS:
There will be a total of 7 meals to buy on the trip. 3 lunches, 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners. The suites include a microwave and a refrigerator so you could easily bring small items to eat for breakfast and lunch. In 2010 we enjoyed going out to The Old Spaghetti Factory for Friday night’s dinner. This year we know to make reservations!

GAS COSTS:
Depends on how many women go and what vehicles we take.

I'm not looking for a firm commitment from anybody right now. Rather I am wanting to know how many MIGHT be interested. The great hotel rooms book fast so I need to reserve rooms soon.
