Ladies, Gentlemen and Drunks!
It's time again for that once yearly Saturday afternoon when the whole rest of the world is 6 drinks behind. That's right: the 12th Annual Tour De Greenlake! Featuring thrift store bicycles, crazy costumes, & lots of laughs, on a tour of Greenlake's finest watering holes.
You all know the drill: #1) Grab yourself a bike. Any bike will do, but it's more fun if you have it decked out! #2) Wear something fun, crazy, stupid or illegal. (Maybe a see through top for the Ladies?) #3) Start drinking! (You're no fun when you're sober!!) All the bars will have drink specials for us!!
Meet at the Red Hen at 1:00pm on Saturday, June 25th and start to warm up by downing a few cold ones! We will leave there at precisely 2pm (or close too, as it sometimes takes awhile to get all the drunks to finish their drinks) to make our way around the lake to St. Andrews! The rest of the itinerary is as follows:
St. Andrews (Winona and Aurora) 2:15pm- 3:30pm
Kangaroo and Kiwi (Winona and Aurora) 3:30pm-4:30pm
Tacos Guaymas (6808 E. Greenlake Way 5pm- Fall down
Who will fall off their bike this year? Who will make out with Brunelle....anyone? Who will buy Karl the most drinks? I can't wait to find out.
Please forward this on to anyone you think will enjoy the hijinks! The more the better!! I have some kiddie bikes that I keep on the side of my house from the last couple of years which make me look like some kind of sick pervert, but I do it for you people. First come, first served for those.
