Event Details

This year Slow Food's two defining events are being held together as one – Salone del Gusto, the international fair of good, clean and fair food and the Terra Madre world meeting of food communities. Thousands of small-scale food producers from all over the world will give visitors the opportunity to discover the products and cuisines of the Slow Food network worldwide. Conferences and meetings will provide opportunities to strengthen campaigns and projects and share knowledge, while the hundreds of Taste Workshops, conferences, Theater of Taste events offer an opportunity for discovery. This is the ninth edition of the Salone and the fourth edition of Terra Madre, both held every two years.
