Event Details
Run For Your Lives is an apocalyptic 5K obstacle race. But you’re not just running against the clock — you’re running from brain-hungry, virus-spreading, bloody zombies.
Runners will navigate a series of 12 obstacles throughout a 5K course in an attempt to reach the finish line — all while avoiding zombies. At the end of this adventure race, you get to celebrate survival (or zombie transformation) with live entertainment and music, local celebrities, vendors, food, and of course, beverages!
It's not your typical 5K, running will get your heart pumping, outrunning zombies will get it pounding.
I'm recruiting an team to participate in this event. Even if you don't want to run the 5K, you can get an 'Apocalyptic pass' to enjoy the Apocalyptic party!
Cost:
Runners:
$77 from November 16, 2011 until June 14, 2012
$87 from June 15, 2012 until July 13, 2012 (Runner Registration Closes!)
Spectators:
$32 from November 14, 2011 until August 3, 2012 (Spectator Registration Closes!)
There is also the option to camp over night after the race and party ($20 per person)
