montreal trip!!

Event Details

MONTREAL!!! This is our trip that will take place in August.
We are renting a nice 2-floor condo about 15 minutes from downtown. This is rented from the dates of August 2-16. Those of us leaving from Kentucky will be leaving a couple days before this.
This is 6.5 months away, so we have plenty of time to save the money needed for this trip.
Each person will need to bring approx. $1000. Keep in mind that we will not need quite this much, but try to bring this - if not a little more - in order to do extra activities, or in case of emergencies.
Also know that if you do not bring money, you cannot take part in these activities.
We have many things planned, including but not limited to, drinking, clubbing, smoking hookah, whitewater rafting, learning to sail, biking around the city, museums, paintball ranges, the wine route, and horseback riding. Like I said, these will add up though, so we need to bring money. If there is something you don't want to take part in, that's fine, just stay at the condo and do whatever.

Ok, I need the final head count within approx. 2-3 weeks. I have to send in the rental agreement form by then, along with the deposit.
Keep in mind, if I put your name down on the agreement contract, you have to come - and if you back out beforehand, you still have to pay your part of the condo. So BE SURE when you give me your ok. If I do not get a response from you, I will take that as a no, and your name will not be included, and I CANNOT add it after Feb. 12th.
So get your financial "plans" in order, along with asking off from work if you need to or moving things around. Do what you need to, but let me know if you are coming or not.
Doing some quick math, you can save approx. $150 a month until then and have enough money. So, like I said, do what you need to.
