The Ashland Bow Club and Whitetails Unlimited are working together to provide for our shooting sports programs and other youth programs at the State and local level. The Ashland Bow Club has a long tradition of providing the youth with donations and supplies necessary for our youth to have opportunities they would not have without them. In the past they provided substantial monetary donations to the school for the shooting sports as well as other programs. Missouri 4-H youth will be off to Grand Island, Nebraska for the 2012 National Shooting Sports Competition. This is a great experience for them. We are also honored the State Leaders for the Shooting Sports Team are the Leaders of our program as well so they are helping youth locally and state-wide. Your contribution is greatly appreciated.
On September 29, 2012 the Ashland Bow Club will be hosting the Southern Boone Whitetails Unlimited Banquet where the proceeds will be given to youth in various programs. The purpose of this is to support various activities, competitions, as well as provide scholarship opportunities at the State and local level. It is very costly, and for some, our fundraising efforts are the only means to allow these talented youth opportunities. Our youth are very involved, so we would like to continue to support their desire to participate and focus in life-long sporting activities.
Tickets for the event are $35.00 per person, $15.00 for a spouse/guest and $25.00 each additional. For $200.00 you could sponsor a table for 8 people. As a sponsor, you have the opportunity for a sponsor-only gun drawing if a donation of $200 is received (aside from the table purchase) or $300 in marketable merchandise (excluding gift certificates) whether you are present at the banquet or not. Of course, we love to recognize those who have provided support and announcing them at the time of the banquet. This also provides advertising for you as well as we provide everyone with our donators and sponsors. I have also included Whitetails Unlimited tax identification information as a 501(c)(3) as this would be a charitable contribution and can be used for your tax purposes.
